Amanda Uliano

Overview

Amanda M. Uliano affiliated with Gardner Brewer Hudson as a consulting attorney in August 2010. In this role, she provides counsel in the areas of business law, commercial litigation and Homeowner and Condominium Association representation. Amanda also manages her own law practice, where she provides advice to clients on various legal matters affecting business interests and represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters.

She began her career as an associate at Foley & Lardner in Tampa, Florida, where she focused on commercial litigation. She received varied experience in commercial litigation in both state and federal courts, including prosecuting breach of contract and breach of lease suits, fraudulent transfer litigation, commercial foreclosures and eviction actions and copyright infringement.

Amanda received her undergraduate degree from The George Washington University and her law degree from Duke University School of Law. She is involved in numerous community activities throughout Tampa Bay, including Leadership Tampa Alumni, where she served as a past Chair, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association where she serves on the Board of Directors.
